六铝酸盐的结构及其在甲烷制氢中的应用
Structure and Application of Hexaaluminates in Production of Hydrogen from Methane
【摘要】 介绍了两种典型的六铝酸盐 β -氧化铝和磁铅石的微晶结构 ,六铝酸盐是由尖晶石相和镜面相交替叠加而成的具有层状结构的晶体 ,决定六铝酸盐结构类型的因素为镜面层中的大阳离子的电荷和半径。六铝酸盐的层状结构高温能够抑制烧结 ,保持大的比表面积。活性组分可进入晶格内部并和周围原子产生强烈的相互作用 ,提高了催化剂的抗积碳性能 ;镍的六铝酸盐及其负载型催化剂在甲烷制氢中显示出很好的催化活性和稳定性
【Abstract】 The miocrocosmic crystalline structures of two typical types of hexaaluminate, β -aluminate and magnetoplumbite are reviewed in this article. Hexaaluminate have a layer structure composed of spinel blocks and conduction layers, which are stacked alternately. The parameters which determine the type of hexaaluminates are the charge and radius of the large cations in the conduction layer. The sintering of high-temperature can be suppressed for the layer structure of hexaaluminates and a high surface area will be obtained. The modifiers can be accommodated in the layer structure so that there exists strong interaction between modifiers and neighboring atoms, then the anti-coking of catalysts will be enhanced; the Ni-modified hexaaluminates and NiO/hexaaluminates exhibit significant catalytic activity and stability for the production of hydrogen from methane.
