碳纤维石墨化设备的研究与进展
Study and Progress of Graphitization Apparatus of Carbon Fiber
【摘要】 碳纤维石墨化的关键是石墨化设备和高温热处理技术。着重介绍了碳纤维石墨化设备的研究与进展 ,并对其发展进行了展望 ,主要内容包括电阻炉、感应炉、太阳炉和等离子体技术。综述了各种石墨化设备的特点和应用 ,指出改进和更新石墨化设备、大幅度降低生产成本、进一步提高产品性能、实现石墨纤维柔性制造将成为今后研究的重点。
【Abstract】 The graphitization apparatus and high temperature heat treatment are the key points in the manufacture of carbon fiber. Suitable graphitization apparatus of carbon fiber includes tube electric resistance furnace, induction furnace, solar furnace, and plasma technology. The characteristics and application of graphitization apparatus are summarized. It is concluded that the emphases of graphtization apparatus in the future will be on improving and renovating apparatus, reducing production cost, enhancing function of the product, and carryle out the flexible manufacture of graphite fiber.
