【摘要】 提出用高效液相色谱法测定1,1’-过氧化双环己胺的裂解产物中11-氰基十一酸的新方法。选用XDB-C8(150mm×4.6mm.i.d.)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水溶液(体积比为70:30)作流动相,采用可变波长紫外吸收光检测器(VWD)进行检测。11-氰基十一酸在2.8～284.2 mg/mL的范围内,线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.997 88,回收率为99％～103％,平均相对分析偏差为0.386％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A procedure for the determination of 11 - CUA in pyrolysate of 1,1’ - PXA by HPLC was set up. The analysis was carried out with XOB - C8 column. Methanol/water(70 : 30 vol) as mobile phase and VWD test. The range of liner relationship of 11 - CUA was 2. 8 - 284. 2mg/mL( r = 0. 997 88).
