聚醚酯消泡剂的制备
Preparation of Polyester Defoamer
【摘要】 研究了脂肪酸聚醚酯消泡剂的制备 ,讨论了它们的合成条件 ,研究了聚醚酯型消泡剂各组分在消泡方面的协同效应 ,讨论了影响消泡能力的因素及不同条件对消泡剂的消泡能力的影响 ,确定了EO与PO聚醚比、抑泡树脂、乳化剂、疏水剂、液态烃A、液态烃B的添加量对消泡性能的影响 ,归纳出最优配比 :PPG∶PEG =7∶3、乳化剂HLB =8.5、疏水剂 1%~ 2 %、抑泡剂 4 %~ 5 %、液态烃A为 10 %、液态烃B为 2 0 %、疏水剂 1%~ 2 %。结果为聚醚酯型消泡剂的深入研究提供了较可靠的实验依据。
【Abstract】 A method for preparation of defoamer by PPG and PEG with fatty acid on p -toluenesulfonic acid catalyst was introduced.The synthesis condisions and synergistic effect of each component on defoaming were studied.By the discussion of different influencing factors in different conditions to deforming ability.The ratio of PPG:PEG、 quantity of antifoamer resin、emulsifier、hydrophobic agent、 liquid hydrocarbon A and liquid hydrocarbon B were the main factors. The optimum conditions are PPG∶PEG=7∶3、 emulsifier HLB=8.5、 hydrophobicagent=1%~2%、 antifoamer resin=4%~5%、 liquid hydrocarbon A=10%、 liquid hydrocarbon B=20%.The experimental data is reliable for the further study.
