酸性橙Ⅱ的催化铁内电解法脱色

【摘要】 对催化铁内电解法处理酸性橙Ⅱ废水的脱色降解进行了研究 ,考察了进水pH值、搅拌速率、进水浓度、铁铜比、支持电解质浓度、进水温度等因素对脱色降解的影响。通过实验确定了最优反应条件。结果表明水溶液中酸性橙Ⅱ被有效地去除了 (>98% ) ,同时COD的去除率也较高 (>76 % )。催化铁内电解法对酸性橙Ⅱ的去除非常有效 ,有较宽的pH值适应范围。

【Abstract】 The decoloration of orange Ⅱ by Fe Cu Inner Electrolysis Method has been studied.In the Fe-Cu Inner Electrolysis of orange Ⅱ,the effects of initial pH, rate of stirring, concentration of dye, concentration of electrolyte, water temperature were tested.The optimum operating range for each of these variables was experimentally determined.The experimental results revealed that the color of orange Ⅱ in aqueous phase was effectively removed(>98%)and also the chemical oxygen demand (COD) reduced(>76%).The Fe-Cu Inner Electrolysis Method was found to be quite effective in removing of orange Ⅱ. This method can accommodate a widely pH range.
