壳聚糖复合微球的制备及其对F~-的吸附

【摘要】 以活性炭、氧化铝和硫酸铝为包合物制备了壳聚糖复合微球。通过对吸附时间、温度、包合物吸附剂等相关因素 ,考察了壳聚糖复合微球对含氟水的处理效果 ,结果表明Al2 (SO4) 3—活性炭—壳聚糖复合微球除氟的效果最佳。该复合微球在2 9.0℃处理 8min后 ,对F- 的吸附率高达 99.2 8% ,用稀碱液淋洗可实现对复合微球的再生 ,脱洗率达 93 .69%。

【Abstract】 Chitosan composite micropheres were synthesized by using active carbon, Al 2O 3 and Al 2(SO 4) 3,and then were used to purify the water with F -. Adsorption ti em,adsorption temperature and composite adsorbent were examined. It was found th at Al 2(SO 4) 3-active carbon-chitosan composite microdphere had quite a good a dsortion effect on F -.When this composite microsphere adsorbed F - in the wat rer for about 8 minutes at 29.0℃,its adsorbing rate is up to 99.28%.On the oth er hand,it can be regenerated by pouring to wash with dilute alkali liquid and t he washing off rate amounts to 93.69%.
