电催化氧化法降解炼油二级出水CODCr的研究

【摘要】 以炼油厂二级出水回用为目的,研究了电催化氧化法降解炼油厂二级出水CODCr的方法。实验结果表明,电催化氧化法可在炼油厂二级出水回用中降解CODCr。当废水处理后ρ(CODCr)小于30mg/L时,处理每吨废水的电能消耗在1kW·h左右。CODCr的降解效果依赖于废水性质、电解时间、电极材料、电流密度、电极间距、电解槽结构、废水流量等因素。

【Abstract】 The degradation of the CODCr of the secondary effluent water from refinery by electrocatalytic oxidation method has been studied with the purpose of reusing the secondary effluent water from refineries. The experimental results indicated that electrocatalytic oxidation method can be used for degrading CODCr in reusing the secondary effluent water from refineries. When the ρ(CODCr) of the waste water is below 30 mg/L after treatment, the electric energy consumption for the treatment of one ton of the waste water is around 1kWh. The result of the degradation of CODCr depends on the nature of the waste water, the time of electrolysis, the materials of electrode, the current density, the electrode spacing, the construction of electrolytic cell, the flowrate of waste water, etc.
