【Abstract】 The 5th cross-border M & A trend is characterizced by the large sum of money,the quickness and the dominant role played by the developed countries. The reason for forming this characteristic is not only the economic globalization and the development of new technological revolution,but also the need for management cooperation and financing cooperation.
