【Abstract】 The innovative ideas in the management of scientific research are strong support for the regular higher institutions to keep sustainable development.This is decided by the nature and special features and the status in the regular university of the management of scientific research work. On the one hand, the knowledge economy has brought about both opportunity and driving force to the management of scientific research; on the other hand, it has also put some new and higher requirements for the management of scientific research. This paper has taken into the consideration the actual situation of the management of scientific research in the regular higher institutions, and explored in depth the feasibility on how to improve the management of scientific research in our country.更多还原
