【Abstract】 With the rapid development of vocational higher education in recent years, the quality of the education is arousing people’s reflection and concern. The key of improving the quality of vocational higher education is that if it could be employment-oriented with its own characteristics. The paper points out that we should ste the training goals according to the characteristics of vocational higher education, explore diversified training patterns to cultivate comprehensively developed talents in the aspects of knowledge, competence and quality so that vocational education can better satisfy the needs of the job market.更多还原
