【Abstract】 It’s vital for member enterprises of supply chain to integrate and optimize supply chain that it sets up a long-term and steady strategic cooperative partnership. This article analyzes the present condition and developing trend of cooperative partnership of supply chain’s enterprises, and this paper discusses the character and importance of supply chain’s strategic cooperative partnership. It demonstrates the value and significance of supply chain’s strategic cooperative partnership based on the above analysis.
