探测器稳态与瞬态灵敏度实验研究
The experimental research on detectors’ sensitivities to pulse & constant radiation sources
【摘要】 利用可调制成直流和脉冲光的半导体激光器光源,对光电倍增管(XP2242/B)的稳态灵敏度和瞬态灵敏度进行了标定。稳态和瞬态灵敏度的标定结果分别为1.33±0.14(k=2)、1.28±0.22μA/μW(k=2)。在测量不确定度范围内,稳态条件下与瞬态条件下标定的灵敏度是一致的。
【Abstract】 This paper researches experimentally a kind of radiation detectors’ sensitivities to pulse & constant radiation resources modulated by the semiconductor laser. The pulse & constant sensitivities of a photomultiplier tube are 1.33±0.14 μA/μW(k=2) and 1.28±0.22μA/μW(k=2)respectively, equal in the range of measurement uncertainties.
