【摘要】 介绍了利用K600中子发生器进行Si-PIN探测器灵敏度标定的实验方法,并在实验中测出了Si-PIN探测器对14MeV中子的直照灵敏度。同时,利用MCNP模拟程序对Si-PIN探测器不同能量的中子直照灵敏度进行了理论计算,实验灵敏度处理结果和理论计算值较为一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the experimental method of sensitivity calibration for Si-PIN detector on K-600 neutron generator is introduced in details. The experimental sensitivity of Si-PIN detector to direct neutron radiations is presented as well.Meanwhile,the theoretical values of Si-PIN detectors’ sensitivity at several specific neutron energies are also calculated by using MCNP code. The results show that the theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental data.更多还原
