剩余气体束流剖面探测系统的初步研制
The preliminary study and design of the detecting system of the residual-gas beam profile
【摘要】 介绍了剩余气体束流剖面探测系统的工作原理和设计依据,描述了所设计的系统结构并进行了初步实验,证明了利用剩余气体探测束流剖面的方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 The paper describes the detecting system of the residual-gas beam profile. The principle and the basis of design are introduced. The construction of the system and the preliminary test are given. The method of detecting beam profile by residual-gas is verified.
