高井电厂1号炉主蒸汽管直管段剩余寿命评估

【摘要】 通过常温机械性能试验、金相分析、扫描电镜观察、蠕变断裂LMP曲线测定、蠕变断裂韧性测定、蠕变裂纹开裂和扩展试验,对累计运行31.2×104h的高井电厂1号炉主蒸汽管道剩余寿命进行综合评估。结果认为该炉主蒸汽管道至少可安全运行7.5×104h。

【Abstract】 The residual life on the straight parts of main steam pipes for No. 1 boiler, accumulating running time at 31.2 × 104h in Gaojing electric power plant,is estimated through ordinary temperature mechanical per-formance test, metallurgical analysis, scan electron microscope observation, LMP curve determination of creep rupture, determination of creep rupture ductility, and creep crack opening and extending test. It is shown that the main steam pipes could run safely for at least 7.5 × 10 h.
