【摘要】 大城市边缘区蕴涵着未来城市的发展希望,是未来城市竞争力的重要体现之地。然而,近年来随着城市建成区的近域推进,边缘区在承接中心城区工业、居住及商业等职能扩散的过程中出现了诸如生态、社会及规划管理等方面的问题。文章以南京为例,通过分析边缘区现存问题和症结,在借鉴相关西方国家大城市边缘区发展中运用的"规划与管治融合"、"图底反转"和"以人为本"理念的基础上,提出当今南京大城市边缘区可持续发展的措施及模型,并期望给中国大城市边缘区的可持续发展以启迪和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban fringe district is an area with the most sensitive economy,society and environment and represents the future urban developing direction. In this paper,Nanjing City is taken as an example to analyze the problems existing in the fringe district. Some ideas on the sustainable development of such district which have been applied successfully in some western countries are discussed,then the solutions and model of Nanjing urban fringe’s sustainable development are put forward.This study is beneficial to the development of other Chinese urban fringe districts.更多还原
