【Abstract】 When manufacturers engage in supply chain management in present market circumstances,they must evaluate the available supplier in appropriate time in order to consummate and improve the capacity of the supply chain.In this paper,in view of the present market circumstances,the evaluation criteria and indexes of the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider are discussed and defined. Furthermore, the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider are evaluated respectively with the approach of AHP. Finally, the evaluation model,which is also called the evaluation index system,is established for the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider respectively.更多还原
