变组分煤层气发动机微机控制系统设计
Design of the computer controlled system of the engine using varying components coal-bed gas as fuel
【摘要】 该文考虑到煤层气的燃烧特点和低排放的要求,为了充分发挥煤层气体为发动机燃料的优势,研究开发了一套变组分煤层气发动机微机控制系统,提出了与变组分煤层气发动机相适应的接口及驱动电路,并设计了系统控制软件。控制系统对发动机的各种工况都能进行较好地控制。该控制系统为进一步研究煤层气发动机提供了有效手段。
【Abstract】 In order to bring the advantage of coal-bed gas as the fuel of engine into full play,a computer controlled system of the engine is developed. The hardware of the control system is described including the drive and interface circuits suitable for such engine. The control of the air-fuel ratio and the advance ignition angle is discussed. The software of the control system is also designed. The presented control system can realize proper control of the engine under various working conditions,and it provides an effective means for the further study of the coal-bed gas engine.
