【摘要】 简述了开放式网络化数控系统产生的背景、概念和特点。数控系统是一种以PC为硬件平台的控制系统,PC以其良好的开放性成为数控系统开放的基础,根据PC在数控系统不同的作用,对其进行了分类,在此基础上提出了一种支持全球制造的NC嵌入PC型开放式网络化数控系统结构,并对其若干关键技术进行了研究;最后给出了合肥工业大学STAR-2003开放式网络化数控系统的研究方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The background,concept and feature of opening network computerized numerical control(CNC) system are introduced. The CNC system, which is a kind of control system based on PC hardware platform, is categorized according to the different functions of PC in the system. The basic framework of the opening network CNC system with the NC-embedded PC structure is proposed which supports worldwide manufacture industry,and some critical techniques are discussed. Finally,the scheme of the START-2003 CNC system which is developed by Hefei University of Technology is presented.更多还原
