基于面向对象技术设计数控系统单步和点动模块

【摘要】 点动模块和单步模块对于数控机床的可操作性和可靠性有重要意义。介绍了采用面向对象技术开发数控软件的优点。通过对数控系统单步和点动模块进行分解后,抽象出通用属性和操作,封装建立手动方式基类,并派生出单步和点动子类。同时给出通过结构数据类型实现面向对象的高级语言和汇编语言之间的数据交换。实际应用证明,采用面向对象技术设计数控软件模块是提高数控软件可重用性和可靠性的有效方法。

【Abstract】 The single-step and jog control modules are important to the maneuverability and reliability of CNC machine tools. The advantage of developing the CNC software based on the object-oriented technology is introduced. Through analyzing the CNC single-step and jog control modules, the general attributes and operations are abstracted, and the base class of manual mode is encapsulated and established, then the derived classes of single-step and jog control modules are given. At the same time, the data exchange between the advanced programming language and the assembly language is realized based on the structure data type. It has been proved in the actual CNC system that the design of CNC software modules based on the object-oriented technology is an effective method to improve the reusability and reliability of CNC software.
