CFPS强化处理钢铁废水效能研究
Efficiency of CFPS enhanced coagulation in iron and steel wastewater treatment
【摘要】 通过FeSO4、Al2 (SO4) 3 、PAC、PFS以及自制的高聚铁无机复合混凝剂 (CFPS)强化处理钢铁工业废水 ,研究了不同混凝剂对废水的浊度、CODcr、UV2 54、铁的去除以及对出水pH的影响 .试验结果表明 :CFPS对浊度、CODcr、UV2 54以及对铁的去除效果好于FeSO4、Al2 (SO4) 3 、PAC和PFS .在最佳投药范围内 (2~ 2 0mg/L) ,经CFPS处理后的废水 ,平均浊度、CODcr分别为 1.39(NTU)、2 1.0 9mg/L ,平均去除率分别为 99.0 0 %、81.5 8% .CFPS对铁的去除率最高为 99.6 5 % ,沉后水中的铁为 0 .10 5mg/L .经CFPS处理后的废水水质优于钢铁工业废水回用标准
【Abstract】 The effect of the removal of turbidity,COD cr,UV 254,iron and pH value with Ferrous sulfate(FeSO 4), aluminum sulfate(Al 2(SO 4) 3), polyaluminum chloride(PAC), polyferric sulfate(PFS) and composite polyferric(CFPS) was studied. Experimental results showed that CFPS produced the best results in the wastewater treatment. At optimum dosing (2~20mg/L) the average turbidity and CODcr of the wastewater was reduced by 99.00% and 81.58% respectively and the residual turbidity and CODcr was 1.39(NTU) and 21.09mg/L respectively. The optimum iron removal efficiency was 99.65% and the residual iron was 0.105 mg/L with CFPS. Water quality treated by CFPS could fit the reuse criterion of iron and steel wastewater.
