【摘要】 以动态联盟组织形态上的多态性为切入点,分析了产生多态性的原因,从各种各样的联盟组织结构中抽象出了"主从型"和"民主型"两种基本结构单元,并进一步提出了"动态联盟基本组织结构单元"的概念,用其描述了动态联盟企业间的多种协作关系,递归构建了一致的动态联盟企业组织结构模型.在分析了项目在动态联盟中定义规则的基础上,构建了运行在上述联盟企业组织模型中的动态联盟项目组织结构模型,为动态联盟协同项目管理相关理论研究和系统实现提供了一致的项目组织模式平台.更多还原

【Abstract】 Started with the research of the polymorphism of AVE organization, this paper has a deep insight into the organization characteristics of AVE, analyzes the causes of the AVE organizational polymorphism, abstracts two basic structural units from all kinds of AVE structural models, develops a concept of "basic organizational construction unit of AVE", describes all kinds of collaborative relationships with this unit,and builds a consistent enterprise organizational model recursively. Then, based on the rules of AVE projects’ definition, an AVE project organizational model running in the AVE enterprise model built above is set up.
