光催化连续降解汽油气的研究
Photocatalytic decomposing gaseous gasoline by continuous-flow mode
【摘要】 以掺铁TiO2薄膜为光催化剂,光催化连续动态降解汽油气.分别考察了汽油气的初始质量浓度、反应体系的相对湿度、氧气含量以及载气的流量对汽油气去除率的影响.结果表明,初始质量浓度、反应体系的相对湿度和载气的流量对汽油气去除有较大的影响,氧气含量高于20%时,对汽油气去除影响不大.在最佳工艺参数条件下,对于初始质量浓度低于2327 47mg/m3的汽油气,经反应光催化降解,出口处汽油气的质量浓度均低于检出下限.对汽油气的光催化降解反应动力学进行了初步探讨.
【Abstract】 The gaseous gasoline was continuously decomposed by photo-catalysis in which TiO2film doping Fe3+ was used as the catalyst. A series of factors affecting gaseous gasoline decomposition, including initial gasoline concentration, relative humidity, oxygen content and gas flux, were investigated. The experimental results showed that initial gasoline concentration, relative humidity and gas flux could considerably affect decomposition of gasoline. While oxygen content in the reaction system was more than 20%, it had little effect on decomposing gasoline. The gasoline concentration in the outlet of reactor could not be detected under optimal conditions, provided that the initial gasoline concentration was below 2 327.47mg/m3. In addition, the kinetics of gasoline decomposition was also preliminarily studied.
