无机添加剂对湿法脱硫效果影响的试验研究
Experimental study on effect of inorganic salts as additives on wet flue gas desulphurization
【摘要】 分别以Ca(OH)2、CaCO3和MgO为吸收剂,研究了CaCl2和MgO作为添加剂对湿法烟气脱硫效果的影响,并讨论了其机理.结果表明,对于钙基吸收剂,CaCl2和MgO都是良好的脱硫添加剂,但对MgO吸收剂,CaCl2作为脱硫添加剂的效果并不理想.研究结果为无机添加剂在湿法脱硫中的应用提供了依据.
【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted in a small bubbling absorber apparatus to study the effect of additives such as CaCl2 and MgO on wet flue gas desulphurization, using sorbents such as Ca(OH)2, CaCO3, and MgO. Experimental results show that CaCl2 and MgO are good additives for Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 as sorbents. But for MgO as sorbent and CaCl2 as additive, the SO2 absorbing efficiency is not good, and the reason has been explained.
