【Abstract】 In order to promote the integration and optimization technique of schedule, resource and cost, based on the idea of project management, a multistage and multilevel organization model of the Agile Virtual Enterprise(AVE) project is presented. Based on this, a building process of the project management system of AVE is introduced. AVE project dissolution and distributed management are implemented. A system functional structure is set up and reconfigurable functional components are designed, presenting a reasonable approach for the building of the project management system.更多还原
