有机酸添加剂对湿法脱硫影响的实验研究
Experimental study on effect of organic acids as additives on wet flue gas desulphurisation
【摘要】 分别以CaO、CaCO3和MgO为吸收剂,研究了苯甲酸和草酸作为有机添加剂对湿法烟气脱硫的影响,并讨论了其机理.实验结果表明,有机酸添加剂能减缓脱硫液pH值的降低过程,能在较低的pH水平得到较高的脱硫率;吸收剂的溶解度越小,其缓冲效果也越明显,CaCO3作脱硫剂时有机酸添加剂的效果优于CaO和MgO.实验结果为有机添加剂在湿法脱硫中的应用提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted in a small bubbling absorbing apparatus to investigate the effect of ad-ditives such as benzene carbonic acid and oxalic acid on wet flue gas desulphurisation, using sorbents such as CaO, CaCO3 and MgO. Experimental results showed that the organic acids could suppress the decreasing of pH value of scrubbing liquid, obtain higher sulphur removing efficiencv at lower pH valve. Organic acids had better effect on sulphur removing efficiencv for CaCO3 than CaO and MgO as sorbents.
