基于MATLAB的汽车变速器优化设计方法
Optimum design of automobile gearbox based on MATLAB
【摘要】 以轻型载货汽车变速器为例,根据其设计要求和特点,建立了汽车变速器的优化设计数学模型,在保证零件强度和刚度等条件下,使变速器齿轮和轴系的质量最小,并运用MATLAB优化工具箱对某汽车变速器进行了优化设计。结果表明:采用优化设计方法可以缩短设计周期、减轻质量和降低成本。
【Abstract】 According to the design request and characters of a sort of truck, the optimum mathematical model of the truck’ s gearbox is set up to decrease gearbox and axis’ s weight when the strength and stiffness of the parts are permitted. The truck’ s gearbox is optimized by optimum toolbox of MATLAB. The result manifests that the period can be shortened, the weight can be reduced and the cost can be lowered and a satisfactory result can be achieved through optimizing the parameters of the truck’ s gearbox.
