【摘要】 文章研究了柏树菌的干燥子实体中粗多糖类的萃取方法 ,结果表明 :在使用 65 %的乙醇溶液为沉淀剂 ,加入适量的表面活性剂 ,萃取温度为 90～ 1 0 0℃ ,萃取时间为 6h ,萃取液pH =1 1 .3等条件下可得粗多糖 3 %左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for extracting the crude polysaccharides form basidiomycetes were:65%ethanol as extractant,temperature90-100℃,time 6h,pH=11.3,using distilled water of 65% ethanol as sediment. The results showed that polysaccharides form basidiomycetes of 2%-3% were extract.更多还原
