【Abstract】 The basic requirement of research on ethics problems is an unity of in conformity with regularity and goal. The requirement of research on managerial ethics in conformity with regularity needs Philosophy to examine and estimate the managerial activities. So, this article does some research on the basic law of managerial relations being the existence form of the managerial activities.
