【摘要】 司法考试与法学教育之间存在着密切联系,将二者紧密结合在一起,是大多数法治国家的做法;过去,我国没有统一司法考试,以致法学教育与法律职业脱节;今天,司法考试制度的建立,使一些人矫枉过正,把司法考试视为法学教育的指挥棒。本文通过考察和分析,论述了司法考试与法学教育的辨证统一关系,并就发展法学教育、完善司法考试制度提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are close relations between judicial examination and law education. The majority of countries ruled of law maintain the close links between them. In old days China hadn’t judicial examination so that law education was divorced from law profession. Today with the establishment of judicial examination system some scholars go to the other extreme so as to view judicial examination as the baton of law education. After studying and analyzing those problems the article argues the dialectical unity between judicial examination and law education and puts forward a few proposals about the development of law education and the perfection of the judicial examination system.更多还原
