【Abstract】 NAS(Network Attached Storage) provides users with file I/O and SAN(Storage Area Network) provides users with block I/O. With the development of computer application, both file I/O and block I/O are required to be provided to users at the same time. Using TCP/IP protocol, united storage network integrates NAS and IP-SAN into a single storage space, and provides users with file I/O and block I/O at the same time.
