十字花科芸薹属5种植物对Pb的吸收和富集
Uptake and accumulation of lead by five plants from colewort of Cruciferae
【摘要】 为了筛选对重金属铅具有耐性与富集作用的植物,在温室砂培盆栽条件下对十字花科芸薹属5种植物芥菜、芥兰、鲁白15、竹芥、甘蓝进行铅吸收和耐性的研究.结果显示:5种植物中,芥兰和甘蓝低浓度(100mg/L)的吸收量高于高浓度(500mg/L),而鲁白、芥菜、竹芥则随浓度的增加而增加;鲁白、芥菜的地上部分铅富集量超过1000μg/g干重,尤其是鲁白,不仅85%以上的能转移到地上部分,且迁移总量大、根系的耐性指数高,是具有潜在的修复铅污染的植物.
【Abstract】 To select the plant which can accumulate Pb, the uptake ,accumulation and tolerance of 5 plants (Chinese mustard, Brassica oleraceae var. albogiabra, B. peking 15, Chinese mustard (Bamboo),B. oleracea) from colewort of Cruciferae were investigated. The results were as follows: in the 5 plants, the uptake of lead by B. oleracea and B.oleracea var. albogiabra in low lead solution (100?mg/L) is higher than that in high lead solution (500?mg/L). The uptake of lead by the three plants-Chinese mustard, B. peking 15 and Chinese mustard (Bamboo) is increasing with the solution lead content. The accumulation of lead by the overground of Chinese mustard, B. peking 15 is higher than 1?000?μg/g(dry weight).Especially, B. peking 15 is the plant which can be latent to clean up the environment lead .
