【摘要】 介绍了智能传感器的构成,传感器智能化的原理,并以压阻式压力传感器为例研究了传感器智能化的硬件结构、软件设计及非线性与温度误差的修正,实验结果表明,温度变化和非线性引起的误差的95%得到修正,在10～60℃范围内,智能式压阻压力传感器的准确度几乎保持不变。最后,介绍了智能传感器的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the composing of smart sensor and principle of the intelligentizing sensor. It studies hardware structures and software design in the smart sensor, correcting errors of non-linear and temperature in a example for system of having the pressure sensor and temperature sensor. Experimental results show: smart sensor corrected 95% errors due to temperature change and non-linear and the veracity of the system of having the pressure sensor and temperature sensor is almost no change with 10～60 ℃. Finally, the paper introduces some development trend of the smart sensor.更多还原
