二氧化铈纳米粒子的制备
Preparation of cerium oxide nanoparicles
【摘要】 以Cecl3为原料,Na2CO3为添加剂,聚乙二醇-400为分散剂,首先制备出晶粒细小的碳酸铈(Ⅲ)前驱体。在550℃通气焙 烧1h后制得粉体,经XRD检测该粉体是CeO2相,TEM检测粒径为20nm,粒度均匀。
【Abstract】 Cerium Oxides were prepared by roasting Ce2 (CO3)3 precursor with very fine crystalline grains by using CeCl3 and Na2CO3, then the precursor was roasted at 550℃ for 1h. The microstructure of obtained sample was determined by XRD and TEM analysis. The results showed that the particles were CeO2 and the particle sizes were around 20 nm with a narrow distribution.
