溶气气浮中颗粒疏水性能的测定
Measurement of the particles hydrophobic property in dissolved air floatation
【摘要】 用挂泡法测量3种粘土(普通粘土、焦作粘土、巢湖黑粘土)在蒸馏水中的接触角。实验表明普通粘土与蒸馏水的接触角为147.22°,焦作粘土与蒸馏水的接触角为149.12°,巢湖黑粘土与蒸馏水的接触角为147.56°。同时讨论温度对接触角的影响(3种粘土的接触角是随着温度的上升而变大),定义气泡尺寸D来讨论气泡大小和接触角的关系,结果发现大气泡和固体颗粒的粘附性能要比小气泡好,相应的接触角也大。
【Abstract】 The suspended -bubble was used to measure contact angle of three kinds of clay(common clay,jiaozuo clay,chaohu black clay)in the distilled water.The results s how that their contact angles value r espectively were147.22°,149.12°,147.56°.At the sa me time,the impact of temperature on contact angle was discussed(As the rise of temperature,contact angles of clay increase.)Defining the dimension of bubble D to analyze the relationship between bubble size and contact angles.It is found that the adherence of b ig bubbles on solid particles is much better than small ones,and their angles are big.
