林地征占用的趋势分析与对策研究
An Analysis of the Forestland Use and Occupation Tendency and the Countermeasures Research
【摘要】 根据1998-2002年度浙江省及华东监测区各省林地征占用调查结果,以面积审 核率与森林植被恢复费落实率为指标,分析其历史变化趋势及相关原因,研究提高林地 管理水平的相关对策。
【Abstract】 Basing on the results of the forestland use and occupation in East China monitor section from 1998 to 2002, regarding the area checking rate and the fulfill rate of forest re-vegetation fee as the index, the study analyses it tendency and correlated reasons, and put forward the measures of improving the level of forestland management.
