甜菜夜蛾泰安郊区田间种群对杀虫剂的抗药性水平监测

【摘要】 测定了山东泰安市郊区甜菜夜蛾田间种群对 11种杀虫剂的抗药性。用点滴法监测结果表明 :该种群 3龄幼虫对氯氟氰菊酯抗性最高 (2 4 45 .5倍 ) ,其次为高效氯氰菊酯 (5 86 .5倍 ) ,均属极高水平抗性 ;对百树菊酯(12 3.8倍 )属高水平抗性 ;对毒死蜱 (39.4倍 )、马拉硫磷 (2 7.4倍 )及灭多威 (2 5 .1倍 )属中等水平抗性 ;对辛硫磷 (8.1倍 )抗性最低 ,属低水平抗性。用浸叶法监测结果表明 :3龄幼虫对氯氟氰菊酯 (85 6 .5倍 )和高效氯氰菊酯 (2 5 0 .7倍 )也均属极高水平抗性 ;对百树菊酯 (134.4倍 )属高水平抗性 ;对毒死蜱 (14 .3倍 )属中等水平抗性 ;对辛硫磷 (8.1倍 )属低水平抗性 ;对抑太保 (4 .2倍 )、拉威因 (4 .2倍 )、抑食肼 (3.4倍 )及虫酰肼 (3.1倍 )属敏感性降低阶段。两种监测方法的监测结果基本一致

【Abstract】 Resistance to 11 insecticides in field population of beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua (hübner), was evaluated. The results detected by topical application showed that 3rd instar larvae of the population collected from Taian City, Shandong Province developed high levels of resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin with resistance ratio of 2445.5, high-effect-cypermethrin with 586.5 and cyfluthrin with 123.8, moderate levels to chlorpyrifos with 39.4, malathion with 27.4, methomyl with 25.1 and phoxin with 8.1, respectively. The results tested by leaf-dipping method showed that 3rd instar larvae of the same population was high levels of resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin with resistance ratio of 856.5, high-effect-cypermethrin with 250.7 and cyfluthrin with 134.4, moderate levels to chlorpyrifos with 14.3 and phoxin with 8.1, and susceptible to chlorfuazueon, thoidcarb, and tebufenozide with 3.1-4.2, respectively.
