【Abstract】 With the ever-growing integration of global economies and china’s commitment to open market after its admission to WTO, modern logistics Industry, as a new economic growing point, will play an important part in the new centennial economic development. Though high-tech innovation and integration with conventional Industries, logistics industry is expanding rapidly around the world regarded as a huge "gold mine". Jiangxi provincial Government has already determined it as pillar Industry in its economic development and urged the speedup of the modern pacesetting , logistics and financial Industries.
