【摘要】 从1996年起,中国已经连续7年成为世界头号反倾销目标国。7年来,美国已成为对华反倾销最多的国家之一。本文概括了近几年美国对华反倾销的新动向及其对我国经济发展造成的影响,在此基础上分析了美国近期对华反倾销的主要原因,并针对这些原因提出了相应的措施,希望中国企业在日后反倾销案件中有所借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has been the first object of the anti-dumping from the country of the world for seven years from 1996. The USA has become one of the most important countries in this period. The paper generalized the change of the anti-dumping from the USA to China and the effect to its economic development. Based on these the paper analysis the main cause and brought forward the corresponding measures. It will help the Chinese enterprises to cope with the case of anti-dumping from the USA.更多还原
