【摘要】 通过对资源型城市建设及发展状况的分析,指出资源型城市发展存在经济和产业结构单一、后备资源不足、环境污染严重、竞争能力不强等问题;提出科学制定资源型城市的发展规划,建设生态城市,调整优化产业结构,发展高新技术产业,转变经济增长方式,发展循环经济,以城市经营的理念经营城市提高城市竞争力,转变政府职能,营造城市发展环境等发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the analysis on the construction and development of resource-type cities in China, some problems are pointed out, such as the simple structure of the economy and industry, the shortage of reserved resources, the serious polluted environments, the weak competition ability and so on. The corresponding developing strategy are put also forward in this paper, such as making the developing plan of resource-type cities scientifically, building eco-cities, adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure, developing high and new technique industry, changing the economy method, developing circular economy, running the cities by new city-operating-conceptions, improving the competition ability, changing the government function and building the better development environments, etc.更多还原
