【摘要】 高校学生管理工作科学化是新时期教育工作者面临的新课题。由于传统的学生管理工作过于"刚性"化,因此效果不太理想。而将管理心理学的激励理论引入学生管理工作,促进管理"人性"化,可以在理论和实践上丰富管理的内容和形式,进而提高工作效果。本文从运用公平理论、需要理论和期望理论三个方面,探讨了激励理论对高校学生管理工作的价值和运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a new subject teaching staff faces that students’ management should be done scientifically in the new time. The effect of traditional students’ management is not very good because of its excessive rigidization. So introducing incentive theory of administrative psychology to students’ management will promote management humanistic, and can enrich the content and form of management in theory and practice, and improve work efficiency in the end.
