【Abstract】 Development of the network economy raise a series of important issues of enterprise labour management on practice and theory. It is need to examine the intension of working again , need to transform and innovation in the thought, principle, method of management as new changes has taken place along value chain , in axle and structure of organization of labours and instrument , as well as in the task and demand of labour combine .
