【Abstract】 As is believed nowadays,an effective property rights system,which provides proper stimulus to individuals,plays a decisive role in economic growth.With the further progress of socialist market reform,institutionally-related flaws have been found in the current land system which is characterized by the contracted responsibility system on the household basis.Consequently,the system has fallen behind the need of market economy,In conclusion the author proposes that solving the three questions about apicultures,countryside and peasant rests primarily on the institutional innovation in property rights for farming land.In other words,share-holding-based cooperative system should be implemented with the aim to combine the farmers’ultimate possession and that of society.更多还原
