Ferron逐时络合比色法的改进实验研究

【摘要】 改进了经典的Ferron逐时络合比色法 ,使其能定量测定铝铁共存溶液的形态分布 ;分析了该实验方法中比色 缓冲溶液的成分和 pH值的影响 ,确定以铝、铁与Ferron反应的等吸收点 36 2nm为测定波长 .实验表明 ,总浓度相同而铝铁比不同的铝铁共存溶液 ,与Ferron溶液反应后其吸光值都大致相等 ,且在实验浓度范围内符合朗伯 比尔定律 .

【Abstract】 The classical Ferron timed complex colorimetric method is improved.With which the species distribution of Al(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ) coexisting solution is measured quantitatively.The component of the colorimetric-buffer solution and the effect of pH value are analyzed,and the equal absorption point of Al-Ferron and Fe-Ferron is determined as measuring the wavelength (362 nm).The tests show that the absorbencies are about to be equal,when Al(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ) coexisting solution with same concentration( T) and different n Al ∶n Fe value reacts with Ferron.Moreover,the experimental results are in accord with Lambert-Beer law within concentration range.
