生物兼容水基磁流体的制备和性质

【摘要】 用天冬氨酸和谷氨酸化学吸附在纳米四氧化三铁粒子表面 ,制备得到强生物亲合性的水基磁流体。这种磁流体在磁性药物载体、磁共振造影剂和磁高热治疗肿瘤等领域有良好的应用前景。用体系的电导和旋光度参数表征了两种氨基酸化学吸附在磁粒子表面的过程 ,研究了酸度、氯化钠浓度、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸的吸附等因素对磁流体的磁性和稳定性的影响。磁测量表明 ,该磁流体对空气较敏感 ,60天后饱和磁化强度衰减 17% ;若保存在磨口瓶中 ,60天后饱和磁化强度基本不变 ,可应用于生物医药中

【Abstract】 Biocompatible water-based ferrofluids are prepared by adsorbing aspartic and glutamic acid on magnetite nanoparticles. The ferrofluids are potential to be used in magnetic carrier of medicine、NMR imaging contrast、treatment of tumors, etc. Influences of pH, concentration of NaCl, adsorption of aspartic and glutamic acid on magnetization and stability of the ferrofluids are studied. By magnetic measurement, it is demonstrated that the ferrofluids is sensitive to air, its magnetization decays about 17% and about 5% of its particles subside after 60 days. It must stored in airtight container and its magnetization dose not decay during the same period.
