气体传感器及其发展
Gas Sensor and its Development
【摘要】 根据气体传感器的工作原理 ,将气体传感器分为电学类、光学类、电化学类及其它等四大类 ,总结了这些气体传感器的工作原理、检测范围和使用特点。在开发新型气体敏感材料、研制新式气体传感器、研究气体传感器的结构和工作机理中 ,论文还分析了气体传感器向多元件、多功能化等方面的发展趋势。也探讨了气体检测仪器在检测对象、检测范围和检测方式上向小型化、智能化、多功能化和通用化等方面不断向前发展的方向 ,对我国气体检测技术的研究和气体检测仪器的研制有重要的参考价值
【Abstract】 Gas sensors are classified into electrical, optical, electrochemical sensors and the others according to their mechanism of work. The working mechanism and the detecting range and the features of various gas sensors are discusses in the issue. It also discusses the development in discovering new gas elements, making new gas sensors of integrated elements and multifunction, researching the structure and working mechanism of gas sensors. The developing trends of gas detectors on smaller, more intelligent and more common in detected gases, detecting range and detecting ways are put forward in the article.
