铀矿石菌浸液中硫酸根测定方法的研究

【摘要】 研究了铀矿石菌浸液中大量铁存在下测定SO4 2 - 的问题。利用 743阳离子交换树脂吸附阳离子 ,而SO4 2 - 不被吸附的特性。随流出液出柱 ,使铁与SO4 2 - 分离 ,消除铁对SO4 2 - 测定的干扰。采用铬酸钡光度法测定SO4 2 - ,经合成标准样品验证测定结果与理论值相符 ,样品加标回收率为 96%和 98%。实验表明 ,本方法可以用来准确测定菌浸液中SO4 2 - 含量。

【Abstract】 The method for measuring sulfate radical in the microbe leaching solution of uranium ore is studied in the present of high concentration of iron ion. Sulfate Radical isn’t absorbed by 743 cation exchange resin and effuses from resin column because of the adsorption cation characteristics of 743 cation resin column. And iron ion can be separated from leaching solution. So the interference of iron ion on measuring sulfate radical in the microbe leaching solution of uranium ore can be eliminated. The result of measuring sulfate radical by barium chromate spectrophotometry coincides with academic data of synthetical standard sample. The adding standard sample recovery of sample are 96% and 98%. The experiment shows this method for measuring sulfate radical can be utilized to measure accurately sulfate radical in the microbe leaching solution of uranium ore.
