【摘要】 我国进城的农民工越来越多 ,在城市中他们属于贫困群体。农民工的贫困原因是由于农民工与城市人相比缺乏公正的社会权利 ,即农民工的社会权利贫困是造成农民工地位低下的深层次原因。我国农民工社会权利贫困相当严重 ,现行的制度和政策缺乏对农民工社会权利的保障 ,农民工现有的权利得不到有效的贯彻执行 ,农民工缺乏参与制订社会“游戏规则”的公平机会。因此 ,我们要根据制度公正的基本理念 ,给农民工以公平、公正的社会权利更多还原

【Abstract】 There are more and more migrant farmers in cities,who belong to the poor community.The reason for this is that they lack equal social rights compared to the urban population.The current system and policies can not guanantee their social rights properly because they do not have the same chance to make “rules of game” as the urban people.As a result,migrant farmers should be given equal social rights on the basis of fair system.更多还原
