【Abstract】 The importance of cooperative partner selection on ship supply chain and the methods of partner selection are discussed, and the process of supplier selection is described. Main factors that influence the choice of cooperative partners in supply chain are presented, and criteria of supplier selection based on ship lifecycle are introduced. Many methods of supplier selection are summarized and the entropy conception is introduced for improving the fuzzy evaluation method based on multi-goal decision model in order to avoid subjective influence.
