【摘要】 目的 :研究重型颅脑损伤CT表现与临床预后关系。方法 :对 2 4例重型颅脑损伤CT表现中线移位、基底池压闭和脑肿胀分别观察 ,结合临床病情 (GCSS) ,研究预后相关性关系。结果 :中线移位和结构基底池压闭者、弥漫性脑肿胀 ,脑损伤程度严重。结论 :CT是早期诊断重型颅脑损伤的有效方法并可判断预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between CT findings of acute severe injures of the craniocerebral and prognosis of patients.Method: CT findings including middle shift,compression of basal cistern and diffuse brain swelling were respectively marked in 24 cases with acute severe injures of the craniocerebral.Result: Found that it was severe to the head injury when the displacement of middle line and coopression of basal cisal cistern was notable and brain sweling. Conclusion:CT scan is a useful techniques for early diagnosis of acute severe injures of the craniocerebral.and can provide useful information about the patients prognosis.更多还原
